Carolina Gesser is a seasoned Producer based in Brisbane, boasting over 20 years of diverse experience across South America, Europe, and Australia. Since the early 2000s, Carol has excelled in various roles within production and creative agencies, gaining extensive expertise in every stage of the creative process—from strategy and inception to execution and delivery.

Since 2021, Carol has operated as a freelance Producer and Production Manager. While based in Brisbane, her projects span across major cities and international locations, including Sydney, Melbourne, NT, Perth, Auckland, Miami, Baku, and throughout Queensland.

Carol is renowned for her exceptional skills in project logistics, team coordination, and maintaining budget and schedule adherence. Her adeptness at thriving in fast-paced environments, coupled with her excellent organizational abilities, allows her to multitask and prioritize effectively.
